Rates are subject to 9% Vermont State tax and 5% service charge. All rates include continental breakfast (double occupancy). Additional charge for each additional person. Holidays are July 4, 2010, Labor Day (September 3 - 5, 2010) and Columbus Day (October 8 - 10, 2010). *Two-night minimum required for all cottages. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted per room (excluding the Governor Aiken Room and Gazebo Room) or Lakefront cottage subject to approval when booking reservation. A $20.00++ per night service fee applies. Pets are not allowed in Lakeview cottages.
