Lodging Information

• All guests enjoy a continental breakfast each morning.
• Main Inn rooms: nightly rates based on double occupancy; add $25.00++ per night for
  each additional person.
• Lodging and continental breakfast is free for children 12 and under staying in the same room with parents
• A service charge of 5% per day and 9% (or current rate) Vermont State rooms tax are
  applicable to all rates.
• Guests are not allowed to smoke in their guest rooms and common areas. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for those who do not abide by this policy.
• Daily housekeeping services provided for all accommodations.
• Complimentary use of canoes, kayaks and bicycles are available.
• One dog under 50 lbs is permitted per room (excluding the Governor Aiken Room and Gazebo Room) or Lakefront cottage subject to approval when booking reservation. A $20.00++ per night service fee applies. Pets are not allowed in Lakeview cottages.

Deposit & Cancellation

A 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations. One-night reservations require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellation notice is required 14 days prior to arrival (a 30 day cancellation is required for all cottages during Summer, Fall & Holiday periods or this deposit will be forfeited in full. Refunds for early departures will not be provided.

Holiday Dates: January 12 - 14, 2010; February 15 - 23, 2010; September 3 - 5, 2010;
October 8 - 10, 2010; November 25, 2010 and December 24, 2010 - January 2, 2011.

Payment

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cash or Travelers Checks are all accepted.

Check In & Check Out

Check-in is at  3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
