Lodging Information

• All guests enjoy a continental breakfast each morning.
• Main Inn rooms: nightly rates based on double occupancy; add $26.95++ per night for
  each additional person.
• Lodging is free for children 12 and under staying in the same room with parents;
  continental breakfast is available for $6.95++ per child, per day.
• A service charge of 5% per day and 9% (or current rate) Vermont State rooms tax are
  applicable to all rates.
• Guests are not allowed to smoke in their guest rooms and common areas. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for those who do not abide by this policy.
• Daily housekeeping is provided for all guests.
• Two-hour canoe, kayak and bicycle rentals are available.
• One dog under 50 lbs is welcomed per room or lakefront cottage (pets are not allowed in lakeview cottages), subject to approval at the time of reservation. A $20.00 per night service fee applies.

Deposit & Cancellation

A 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations. Cancellation notice is required 14 days prior to arrival (a 30 day cancellation is required for all cottages during Summer, Fall & Holiday periods and for all accommodations during holiday periods) or this deposit will be forfeited in full. Sorry, we cannot provide a refund for early departures.

Holiday Dates: January 18 - 20, 2008; February 15 - 23, 2008; July 4, 2008; August 29 - 31, 2008; October 10 - 12, 2008; November 27 - 29, 2008; December 19, 2008 - January 3, 2009.

Check-in is at  3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
